Bamboo is one of those plants that looks great when it's managed - and turns into a real problem when it's not. It grows fast, spreads sideways, and before you know it you've got a wall of green pressing up against your house, blocking access to the side yard, and taking over the fence line.
That's exactly what we were dealing with here. Thick bamboo shoots had taken over the back fence line and crept all the way into the narrow side passage between the house and the fence. No light getting through, no way to walk that path, and canes starting to lean into the siding.
We cut it all back hard. The goal wasn't just to make it look neater - it was to give the property back some breathing room. Clearing that side yard access is a big deal for maintenance. You need to be able to get back there without a machete.
The trailer load tells the whole story. That's a serious amount of material we hauled off. When overgrown plants like this get cut back properly, the cleanup is just as important as the trimming itself. We don't leave the mess behind.
If you've got bamboo, hedges, or any other plants that have gotten out of hand, we handle it all - trimming, cutting back, and hauling everything away. Get on the schedule at MenasLandscaping.com.
